Prism Gloss: A RAINBOW of gloss flavors!

The new Prism Gloss is here and ready for sale! Please contact me if you are interested in adding this fabulous new gloss to your collection.

I don't know what I was expecting when I got this gloss. I think in my head, I had more of a image of a mix between Opal Gloss and all of the glitters.

I am SO happy to report that I was wrong.

When I saw this gloss in the tube for the first time, the first reaction I had was, "wow, it's gray" and then second, "hey, that looks like my holographic nail polish top coat!" That's literally the first thought I had. What a spectacular combation of glitter colors....and you can see them indoors and in broad sunlight. I studied my hand over coffee, and clearly visible is pink, silver, gold, fuchsia, purple and iridescent glitters. Very, VERY cool effect. The suspension is blended a little more thoroughly than Diamond Kiss Gloss; you can't see any swirls of frost or glitter in it. It's a creamy application and the base reminds me a lot of Pearl Gloss in that it goes on very smoothly and evenly, but doesn't have the high-gloss shine of Glossy Gloss.

Out of the tube, it's the same...creamy, buttery gloss. No streaks, no weird separation, nothing but pure glittery holographic goodness.

I tried to think of a great color to compare these against, toyed with Blu-Red and Mod Magenta, seriously thought about Purple Reign and Violet Volt, and in the end decided to go with Blackberry as I thought the black would make all the various colors of glitter most easily visible.

I'm glad I was right, although I think that this gloss would look beautiful over every color. I did notice that the gold shows up the most on my lips over Blackberry, but on my hand the multi-dimensional effect was visible.

So here is PRISM GLOSS over Blackberry inside!

And here is Prism Gloss over Blackberry outside in the morning sun!

And on my hand over Blackberry with Diamond Kiss Gloss as a comparison:

Like diamonds and prisms, this gloss is special and limited edition. Don't miss out on your chance to get yours.

Prism Gloss retails for $22.

LipSense Diamonds: Frost yourself!

Last year when I signed up to be a distributor, the Diamond Collections were just being released. It was quite the elusive highlight of the SeneGence line up! However, due to the extreme popularity I never really got the opportunity to enjoy demos or really even wear these gorgeous colors while they were available for purchase.

Today, I was sitting here working when my phone beeped to signal new inventory. Lo and behold, welcome back to Caramel Apple Diamond, Sheer Berry Diamond, Bombshell Diamond and the highly coveted and never duplicated DIAMOND KISS GLOSS!

Since I got a Diamond collection last winter, I was lucky enough to still have my old testers of the four returning Diamond items. And some of my customers that bought them last year shared selfies with me!

Since these colors are made with diamond dust, they are higher priced than the normal colors and glosses. Each color retails for $30 and the Diamond Kiss Gloss retails for $22.

Each color is very similar to the original with the exception, being of course, the diamond dust that has been added to the tube.

All three pictures below are a comparison between the original color and the diamond color, both with Diamond Kiss Gloss layered on top:

Caramel Apple Diamond with Caramel Apple

Bombshell Diamond with Bombshell

Sheer Berry Diamond with Sheer Berry

All beautiful, all classy, and all very glittery and sparkly due to the diamond dust!

But....my favorite part of this collection? The Diamond Kiss Gloss!!!!

Unlike the glitter glosses, Diamond Kiss Gloss is not a suspension of glitter in clear gloss, but is a complete mixture of an opaque silver gloss with diamond dust in it. It's frosty, it's glittery, it's sparkly, it's perfect, and it will enhance the diamond collection as well as make ANY LipSense color sparkle like it is made with diamonds.

The only thing I would mention about the Diamond Kiss Gloss that is different from the other glosses is that it does have a slight texture to it due to the diamond dust whereas the other glosses which are variations of the slick and smooth Glossy Gloss.

But the effect? Truly worth it.

I have Diamond Kiss Gloss in stock which retails for $22. The Diamond Collection colors are available for order through me or here at my website which retail for $30 each. They are higher than the standard glosses and colors due to the fact that they contain genuine diamond dust in them. I do have testers available of all three colors and the gloss if you would like to visit me this weekend in Cleburne at the Pioneer Days event or next weekend at the Willow Bend Shopping Extravaganza at the Shops at Willow Bend and will be happy to order any color that you like for you! These are limited edition which means that once they are sold out, they are gone!

So....frost yourself!!!! It's time for the holidays!

Happy Halloween! T.E.A.M. Wicked is just so....WICKED!

Here we are, three minutes into Halloween, and I'm celebrating the arrival of our other newest limited edition color which is so unique and so unlike any other color in the LipSense line up. Closest equivalent is Blackberry but this one has so much more depth and possibilities! Meet T.E.A.M. Wicked! Like all Limited Editions, once this is sold out, it's gone!

This color is so unbelievably COOL. Since I had two Halloween events this past weekend, I got the chance to wear T.E.A.M. Wicked ALL weekend long! My first was in my devil costume....I have it topped with Silver Glitter Gloss for an extra sparkle.

I love this color. It was very easy to put on. The first coat went on a little thin as I expected but after that, the second and third coat spread very well and even and there was very little streaking. I did have to take it off about five hours after the event started after apparently I was scaring some kids trick or treating...I think the blue lips with the red eyeshadow was just a little too much for them to take even though it was high noon!

The second day, I wore it as Elvira for some fun. Excuse my wig...this was the second time I wore this costume and my wig just would not poof up the way I was hoping. However, I wore Blackberry with Elvira the first time and I've showed both as a comparison. Both are dark. Both are bold. But I think the teal blue shimmer lightens it just a little bit and I didn't feel like I was wearing Sharpie on my lips at all!

Take a look at a close-up of T.E.A.M. Wicked if you want to see the teal sparkle. To me, it's more of a pale blue sparkle than a teal shimmer. If you look close you can see the glitter. It reminded me of the color of a pale blue topaz.

The possibilities are endless with this color. You can use it as eyeliner. You can use it as makeup! You can wear it with Purple Reign, Blackberry, one of the reds to make a deep berry color. You can even use it with face painting to make a really unique look as one of my SeneSisters has so cleverly done here! But look at how it looks on different people.

To all of my blog readers, customers and friends, have a very safe and happy Halloween! Be sure to contact me if I can make your Halloween day a little more wicked with this gorgeous Limited Edition color!

Glam Doll! If Barbie wanted a fall color, this would be the one...

One of this fall's Make It Mine Limited Edition colors, Glam Doll, was released last weekend, and what a release it was! At first glance, it just looks like another wine, another berry, and in the tube, it is similar in appearance to Berry or Mulled Wine.

Me!

Ashley Berry, Crown Princess
Out of the bottle though....wow. What a perfect fall shade! It's really pretty similar to the lettering in the flyer, an earthy, neutral, brown-pink shade....but to me, it looks like a dark chocolate brown with a heavy cherry tint to it. Very deep burgundy that of course, looks different on everyone depending on your natural lip color.

At first glance, my thought was that this was too similar to Mulled Wine, but after doing a comparison test with this color against Mulled Wine, it's nothing like it. More brown, less berry. Please note that Neutral and Currant are retired and no longer available; I added them to this comparison picture in the event that you have them and are wondering if they are similar....which they are not. If you are looking for a nice neutral like Bella but that is darker for fall, THIS IS YOUR COLOR! (And I really think Barbie would approve!)

This color looks completely clean and glamorous....and yet complements warm and cool skin tones alike. It would be at home with a flannel shirt and jeans as well as an elegant formal dress. It has some cherry red tones but enough brown to be perfect for fall without looking purple. It reminds me a lot of a black cherry lip color....similar to Clinique's Black Honey which is known time and time again on Top Ten Lists for the colors that look great on everyone.

Application of this color is not problematic, but since it is a darker color, I would recommend strongly to apply in one direction and to remember to allow each coat to dry to the touch before applying the next. Due to all of the various tones in this color, any gloss would work well with this color from Sand Gloss (warm) to Pink Glitter Gloss (cool).

It is the ultimate perfect choice for fall. What are you waiting for, doll? Contact me today to get YOURS before this perfect color is sold out!
